I thought about supporting Gore last year until I felt he really would not run.
I wish he would.
but, he is not.  tonight I read somewhere that his close advisors were saying he is not.
sorry.   Good person for the job but, no interest.
But,  I am glad he is doing what he wants to do and working on his real passion.  I am glad he is happy and at peace.

Mostly the opposition putting that out, (none / 0)

besides the known general statement that Mr. Gore has put out.

Even this morning Laurie David said the think he may, after seeing the obvious support, saying he has to think about it daily.  But still, even when she asks him directly, he pretends the phone is breaking up. LOL

At least Al Gore has always wanted to be President, for all the CORRECT reasons, and I agree that after tampering down his desire to last time, I don't think it will be so easy, with all of us pleaing with him and showing he will have the full support.

RUN, AL, RUN.

Time for
A Cool
Change
Al Gore
2008

If we put him on the ballot and vote for him he will be nominated.

Re: San Francisco Draft Al Gore Meeting May 20th! (3.00 / 1)

At our meeting last night, when leaving the restaurant, a table with the owners friends heard us talking as I was leaving and then screamed out "WE LOVE AL GORE.  I will DEFINITELY support him".  And of course, "no way on .. and ..".

I ended up staying and talking for another hour. LOL

It was great.

Our First Meeting was similar, we were talking for about an hour and a half and were about to rap up the meeting and we kept talking for another hour and 15 minutes.

If he were to run, I'd be all over it. But as it is I think I'm getting my hair cut that night.

Is Gore THAT much better than the others? (none / 0)

I'd love it if Gore were running.  But is he THAT much better than, say, Edwards?

What's the unmet need that Gore fills?  What's so essential about dragging him into the race?

I really don't 'get' it anymore.
